These are a few of my exercises I am working on that my PT team @レッドブル designed. The form isn’t perfect but I’m working on it.
Regardless of hip injury, this is a set designed to strengthen and mobilize your hips.
It has been 11 weeks since my first 2 surgeries. During this phase, my focus is on nourishing my body properly and gaining back strength and mobility within the hip joint, glutes, and quad region.
I have been learning a lot about myself from a functional and nutritional angle. Wellness is something that I tend to take for granted when I am healthy, moving a million miles an hour through life. Building in more structure and a team of experts within this slower space has been a great lesson to listening to my body and respecting a long term growth strategy.
