TAG YOUR BUDDY!

Here’s a killer buddy workout to do at the park or at home!

1. You and your buddy alternate holding a squat while the other shuffles out and back into a push up. Make sure you do both sides!

2. Place your hands on your buddy’s knees. Perform 3 mountain climbers and hold while your buddy does a sit up or crunch. Make sure you switch!

3. Do leg circles around each other’s feet to shred your abs! Don’t forget to switch direction!

4. Perform lateral hops over your buddy’s legs HOLD position while your buddy does a leg raise! SWITCH!
