(should be abs 😜).

- 2 tuck ins & 2 pilates pulses: 10.
- Boat hold to side boat hold: 10.
- Side Swimmers: 20.
- Leg lifts: 15.
- Vertical legs toe touches: 20.
- Arch hold: 30 sec.
- 4 counters: 5.
- Side plank hold: 30 sec.
- Side plank knee to chest: 10.
- Side plank passé to straight legs: 10.
