- Side plank leg lift: 10.
- Knee to elbow crunches: 10.
- Elbows down alternating knee in: 10.
- Arch rocks: 20.
- Single leg lift w/ upper body lifted: 10.
- Crisscross legs down leg lift up: 10.
- Side rocks: 20.
