Baby got back!🦋💃🏻 I don’t always train legs hehe🤪 These are my favorite exercises when I train back & it makes me feel so powerfull😍 I was the only girl in the weight section today and it made me feel a certain way😆 So better give my workout that beast energy and f it up hehe😍💕.

1️⃣Lat Pulldown: this exercise let your lats do the heavy work. While your biceps and fore arms help out! This is called a compound movement.
2️⃣Stiff legged deadlift: great one to build a stronger back while working your hamstrings too. (Again compound movement).
3️⃣Sitting back extension: I’m a fan of this one for sure! It has helped me stabilize my lower back and has made it much stronger.
4️⃣ Rows: Works your middle back mainly and it really helped me to feel where I should contract my muscles. Google mind to muscle connection once! It’s a great read!🙏🏼
