I’ve been lucky enough to do a lot of organizing work and activist work alongside Genevieve Roth. From The Girl Project to the Women’s March, the Obama White House and Let Girls Learn with @ミシェル・オバマ, to working with Secretary @ヒラリー・クリントン. And yet, as we see the world finally showing up (late but finally) to a global #BlackLivesMatter movement, we both still have lots of work to do to confronting our own realities and our own whiteness. Genevieve has been sharing some really raw and vulnerable lessons that’s she’s learned in her family in ways that I find to be both incredibly important and incredibly illuminating.
