I feel mentally and emotionally exhausted. Because the more I learn, the more I research, the more horrified and heartbroken I become. This work isn’t easy at all, but it is absolutely necessary. This is a time in history where you can no longer simply sit in silence and observe, this is a time in history where you must make a decision on your values and principles. Because every little action and non-action contributes. Energy never lies.

Now, I’m going to spend this weekend honoring my need for a creative flow and strategizing a long-term plan for change and growth. This isn’t a “do it now and get it over with” - this is a lifestyle and a life philosophy.
