I believe that change can be activated on any given day. That one can choose to start a new path in life in just a matter of a second’s decision. Change is revered and change is feared. Whatever change may mean for you, know that it is the one constant in life that we can find solace in.
The unknown is scary. It is human nature to want to be safe and to know what will happen next. We are so conditioned that we can be in great discomfort in the state of not knowing what to do. But I do not want to lead a life of predictability, rather, I want to create my own. I yearn to be free. And in order to be free, one must learn to embrace the unknown and find beauty in uncertainty.
To shape this kind of life experience, one must be willing to cultivate the self-discipline for the self-preservation of one’s authenticity. To not continue to be stained by society’s temptations and be caged by the illusion of restrictions.
Life is made up of choices and decisions. And while my human ego often tries to interfere, I do the work to allow my heart and soul lead. So that I can cultivate a conditioning for change. And to keep this life of mine open to possibilities beyond me.
