Today we’re visiting the Seattle kitchen of @nappyfriiedchicken to watch as he makes a Fried Chicken sandwich with homemade sweet potato buns—a recipe that means a lot to him. Growing in New York City, his family would often frequent many of the fried chicken institutions the city had to offer, and this is his homage to that time. “Fried Chicken has been very beneficial to us as a culture.
