I massively missed the routine and descriptive of spending 2hrs per day in the gym training, but gradually became used to home maintenance workouts in my home gym to tide me over. Taking on two study courses in vegan nutrition and advancing my fitness qualifications I found solace and progression in education. I’ve had time out to unwind, time to relax, gather my thoughts and grow as a person. And now I’ve come full circle to the point that I feel that everything in life is back to being normal, stable, secure and ordered. It’s taken three months of adjusting to feel that this is everyday life and I know we will all make that people sooner or later, at our own time. Wherever you are in this process of change I hope that you are happy, I hope that you can find peace and focus and positivity in all that you do. We must cherish the here and now and not be afraid to think of, and plan for, our future.
