HOMEMADE GRANOLA!

My 4 week at home fitness challenge starts on Monday! There is NOT a diet included with this challenge due to the limitations many are still facing with limited groceries but I DO include a healthy snacks section with a bunch of my faves like this one!! Ingredients:
1c Cashews
1/2c Almonds
1/4c Walnuts
1/4c Pumpkin Seeds
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
5 Tbsp Melted Coconut Oil
2-3c unsweetened coconut flakes
1tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250F
2. Break up or chop up nuts a mix (I chopped mine a little more than I wanted to. I recommend just crushing with your hands)
3. Add all ingredients to bowl and mix
4. Sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top
5. Spread onto cookie sheet lines with parchment paper and bake for 30-40 mins or until golden brown
6. Eat straight out of the bag as a snack or use to top your favorite smoothies, bowls, yogurt etc!
