We’re back in the gym for an epic shoulder sessions. If you watch my latest YouTube video, you know what things to avoid once getting back into the gym. We’re keeping things basic with moderate weight.

1️⃣ 2 warm up sets, followed by 3 working sets of 12 - Dumbbell single arm standing Arnold press.
2️⃣ Tri-set: only rest after completing all three movements.
1. Dumbbell T raise
2. Dumbbell side lateral raise
3. Dumbbell front raise
3️⃣ Finish with strict HSPU till failure every minute on the minute for 5 minutes.
