The key is to work through these movements with great form utilizing time under tension and minimal rest between sets.

1. Plyo Pushups.
20 seconds rest .
2. Pike Pushups
20 seconds rest.
3. Paper Plate Pushups
20 seconds rest
4. Dip Pushups
2 mins rest then repeat two more time!
