Try this @gbrtrampoline hamstring stretching technique to help improve your flexibility and pike fold: (1) Gently, comfortably and safely place your foot raised up on a ledge/bookshelf/table/sofa with straight legs. (2) ⬆️Engage your muscles and lift your foot up for 5-10 seconds, (3) ⬇️ then push your heel down onto the surface for another 5-10 seconds. (4) 😅Gently relax and lean into the stretch.
Repeat 3 times on each leg. 💪🏻Expert mode: have your leg starting higher.
👍🏻Beginner mode: have your leg starting on a lower platform (e.g sofa/chair/bed/step)
