To start with food was limited in the UK and everybody stockpiled, now that food is plentiful again we can have what we like. It’s a time to learn new culinary skills, experiment with recipes and learn to take care of ourselves through adequate nutrition. It warms my heart to see in a time of crisis people supporting one another, taking food to doorsteps and learning to survive.
