#CafeKitsuneRecipe | It's Cocktail Time! Here's how to concoct our effervescent 'Yokosso' at home, with its floral notes and mix of jasmine-infused gin and champagne🍸✨

First step, prepare your home-made infusion by brewing 2 tablespoons of jasmine tea (or 5 jasmine tea bags) in 700ml of gin at room temperature for 10 minutes, and let it cool down.
For one cocktail, all you need is:
- 20ml of gin infused with jasmine tea
- 15ml of sugar syrup
- 15ml of fresh lemon juice
- 20ml of fresh pineapple juice
- Champagne
Then:
- Add the jasmine-infused gin, the sugar syrup, the fresh lemon and pineapple juices in your shaker and… shake it!
- Pour the preparation into a glass through a fine mesh strainer,
- And top off with champagne,
- Decorate it by adding a dehydrated slice of pineapple and sprinkle with matcha powder,
