All you need for the cake is:
- 250g of chopped carrots
- 2 eggs
- 60g of hazelnut powder
- 70g of almond powder
- 70g of powdered sugar
- 70g of brown sugar
- 50g of corn flour
- 11g of baking powder
- 25ml of grape seed oil
- Salt
- Cinnamon powder
Then:
- Mix all the ingredients together,
- Place it in the oven at 180° for 20min,
- Sprinkle the carrot cake with icing sugar before serving,
