Here’s your STRONG BOOTY WORKOUT! 🤩💪
Circuit 1:
🍑 Squat: 10 reps with 10-15 lbs
🍑 Glute Bridge: 12 reps with 12-17 lbs
🍑 Squat Pulse (for a modification) or Squat Jumps for high intensity: 10 reps
Repeat 3x

Circuit 2:
🍑 Backwards Lunge: 8 reps each side with 7-12 lbs
🍑 Lunge Pulse: 8 reps each side with 7-12 lbs
🍑 Forward Lunge (for a modification) or Stationary Jumping Lunge for high intensity: 5 reps each side
Repeat 3x
