Spiced tomato-y chickpeas (recipe in Stories) for lunch with some of the last of the feta and fresh parsley. Most everything I will be making and sharing will be pantry-based, simple, and easily modified for whatever you have at home...and take note that more often than not, I am simply posting ingredient lists and ideas, not necessarily measurements and quantities. I don’t totally know what I’m doing over here. I just plain love to cook, people love my cooking, and I want to help inspire others in the kitchen during this crisis.
