Alright so Anthony acquired a 20lb kettlebell so I hit a leg day with it 😌💃🏻 #Blessed - Also, should I keep posting at home workouts or are y’all stocked up on those lol I know that’s my whole IG feed right now but if it helps, I’ll keep it up 🙌🏻
Warm up:
- Banded side walks: 3 x 20 (10 each way)
- Banded squats: 3 sets of 12
Circuit: 3 rounds 👊🏻
- KB sumo squats: 10 reps followed by 10 pulses
- KB RDL’s: 10 slightly wider stance, 10 close stance
- Alternating lunges: 20 reps total
- Alternating curtsey lunges: 20 reps total
- Hip thrusts: 20 reps
- KB swings: 12 reps
