Leg workout from earlier! So nice to get back to my routine & get a good sweat after eating my body weight in my mom’s Christmas cookies 😂🎄🍪 Whole workout listed down below!
Workout:
- Smith machine sumo pin squats: 4 sets of 10
- Landmine squats: 4 sets of 12
- Super set: hip thrusts (3 sets of 12) with RDL’s (3 sets of 10 followed by 10 pulses at the bottom coming about halfway up)
- Super set: Bulgarian split squats (3 sets of 10 each leg) with weighted step ups (3 sets of 10 each leg)
- Burn out super set: banded hip thrusts (3 sets of 15) with banded sumo squat pulses (3 sets of 15)
