Arm workout from the other night! I haven’t had a dedicated arm workout in a while my arms were so toasted after this lol still low key sore 😂😩
- Alternating DB curls: 4 sets of 12 each arm
- Plate curls: 3 sets of 10
- Super set: Seated DB overhead extensions (3 sets of 10) with bench tricep dips (3 sets of 10)
- Slow negative barbell curls: 3 sets of 12
- Super set: Cable tricep pushdowns (3 sets of 15) with cable overhead extensions (3 sets of 15)
- Spider curls: 3 sets of 10
