Loooong day of travel today, so here is a back workout from the other day. Currently sitting in Orlando for 3 hours because for some reason I went from Denver to Orlando to get to NY 🤷🏻♀️ But at least I’m more than halfway done at this point 😂 Full workout listed down below:
- Lat Pulldown: 4 sets of 12
- Seated Cable Row: 4 sets of 12
- Smith Machine Row Complex: 3 sets of 20 - 10 underhand to 10 overhand
- T-Bar Row: 3 sets of 10
- Cable Single Arm Pulldowns: 3 sets of 12 each arm
- Cable Face Pulls: 3 sets of 15
- Bent Over DB Rows: 3 sets of 10 each arm
