Enjoying and making the most of my at home workouts, but there’s a part of me that misses the gym environment. The people, the culture, and the work ethic around me was something I really didn’t appreciate enough before it got taken away. However, it causes me to dig deeper right now at home so when I go back I can appreciate this little things again. Who’s missing the gym big time right now?! ⁣⁣

The Behind the Neck/Reverse Grip Pulldown, along with the pull-up, work the Lats. The Lats are a large muscle group that take up a majority of your back, and give the physique a wider appearance when developed properly. ⁣⁣

One tip I have when performing these movements is to teach yourself to breath properly-before pulling down, with your arms extended at the top, take a large inhale through your nose and breathe through your rib cage and exhale as you Pulldown. Thus will teach your intercostals (rib muscles) how to work properly throughout the exercise and ultimately help you develop a v-tapered shape. ⁣⁣
