One trick to getting a wide, tapered back is adding in dumbbell rows to your current back routine. ⁣

One external cue I like to think about when performing these is flaring my elbow when I pull, as if I was bench pressing. What this does is forces me to pull with my back rather than my bicep, and makes all the difference in the movement! ⁣
