One trick to getting a wide, tapered back is adding in dumbbell rows to your current back routine.
One external cue I like to think about when performing these is flaring my elbow when I pull, as if I was bench pressing. What this does is forces me to pull with my back rather than my bicep, and makes all the difference in the movement!
Try incorporating this as the 2nd or 3rd exercise for your next back day. Pick a weight that’s comfortable and work your way up 👌
