Is the nation going to stop exercising and live on dried and canned goods for three months, carb load, gain a load of weight, feel weak and be massively deficient in nutrition - can we not learn to eat fresh and balanced meals instead whilst being hygienic? Surely that’s a much safer and healthier option both short and longterm. I haven’t been able to eat normal pasta for years now and my health is all the better for it.
