For years I thought I was just crazy but it turns out I’m not as nuts as I thought.
.
Other people affect us. We can FEEL what they are giving off without them having to say anything.
.
Sometimes it’s mainly the ppl closest to us, sometimes it’s complete strangers.
.
How often have you walked into a room & just KNOWN someone close to you was pissed or devastated about something without a word spoken? You felt it.
.
That can even happen with strangers. Sometimes it even sticks with us when we walk away. Then we are left feeling like something doesn’t feel right but we just can’t put a finger on it. You are not crazy, ya just need to PAUSE & connect.

I was reminded recently how grounding it is to stand on the ground 😜..bare feet & feel the earth.
.
We do it at the beach no problem, but often don’t think about it when different terrain is our only option.

Thankfully I missed the dog poop today & hopefully you can find a patch of earth for your lil feet too.
