We all have great intentions at the start of the day, but by the end things happen, you get tired and your bed just looks soooo good. 😂
For the ladies that know that this is going to happen to them daily, I suggest booking your workouts in early in the morning before your body even knows what’s going on. Then when you get home from a big day, you can literally look at your bed and get straight in, knowing you’ve already smashed out a great a workout. 💪
