‼️ careful to :
- Your elbows, keep them in a straight axe
- try to pull up as hard as you can when your friend pull you down ! (Power of the mind 🤩)
- The person who pulls you down have to regulate the weight - DON T OVER DO THIS EXO but mix it with other kind of contractions ! - if you do a cycle within this exo, you will need minimum 8weeks to recover and it will have a strong impact on your climbing (but gain of strength is massive 😜)
- BE AWARE of your body and stop 🛑 if he sends you a warning ! Avoid injury please 🙏
