Je me sens alors divisée 💔 ... comme une crise d’identité?⁣ Après tant d’années à lutter, à m’entraîner toute l’année, je choisis enfin de m’écouter et d’accepter l’impermanence de la vie. Je choisis de profiter de ce que j’ai aujourd’hui, même si c’est différent d’avant ✨⁣ Merci de m’avoir lue jusqu’au bout 🙏🏻⁣ ⁣ I am sometimes afraid of loosing the unique feeling that climbing brings me, the peace and serenity, the unity, the deep connection with myself and the environment around me 🍃☀️⁣ Winter is a lot calmer, my body needs to regenerate, my mind seems tranquility and alignment, I need to set anchor. Less time to climb, to adventure, to explore the mountains. I feel divided ... a pinch in my heart 💔 A bit of identity crisis?⁣ But after fighting for so many years, training all year long by all weather and moods, I finally decide to listen to myself, to let go of olds habits and beliefs, to accept the impermanence of life.
