Well, I am bathing. I am also noticing that my capacity to feel love hit a ceiling this birthday, at a certain point I stopped receiving texts/messages/phone calls the same way I had in the beginning of the day. The excitement turned into an overwhelming feeling that was really uncomfortable, and then I realized- I needed to increase my capacity to receive love. What a great problem to have, and to recognize. I have always been much more comfortable giving than receiving, focusing on other people’s problems vs my own. Being a human is so funny, there are so many outside circumstances that sometimes make our own personal journeys seem trivial, but I’m all about taking a look under the rug and pulling out the weeds. So I want to say, in a new way, and from the bottom of my ❤️ thank you! to everyone that showed up, drove through Golden Globe traffic to sing for the Cocos, thank you to all of the Goers for sending messages videos and memes. Thank you to everyone supporting our new song Universe, for adding it onto playlists. These are no small tasks, I realize we all have busy lives, and you took time out of yours for me. I am not sure how I have earned or if deserve this kind of love, but I love you right back.
