Alright so for your Killer Core workout 🤩💪 For Sculpt ab moves, I recommend a pre-loaded barbell like the one I’m using in the video here. Or if you have access to a 20 lb barbell, that would work too!

ALSO - please notice how in the very beginning of the video my back is arched, and then I flatten it to the ground. Be sure to do this and keep your back flat so your core is engaged instead of your lower back and/or hip flexors.
