But training is a big thing in that too☺️ I feel better when I move, so I walk a lot, swim or do a workout in my hotel. It’s all about balance, right?🙆🏻‍♀️ this workout won’t take more than 15/20 minutes from your time, while keeping the booty gains in check😋.

🌴Squats- make sure to keep a straight back and lean into your heels, push your knees outwards with the band!
🌴Lunges- make sure the band is on top of you knee, move backward with the other leg and squeeze your glutes when you come up. I
🌴Killing’ combo- this will work your full legs! Try to keep a tight core and keep the weight in your heels. 1 rep is when you completed one side lunge, one squat, one side lunge. I
🌴Crab walks- the side of your booty will thank me later!🤪 try to keep as low as you can while keeping a tight core and straight back. Push your knees outwards and keep straight.
