Sharing some good eats inspired by the one and only @emeril Baaaaaam!
Crispy Cajun fish
2 1/2 tablespoons paprika.
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons garlic powder.
1 tablespoon black pepper.
1 tablespoon onion powder.
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper.
1 tablespoon dried leaf oregano.
1 tablespoon dried thyme

2 fillets of Turbot (Dover sole or any white flakey/mild fish)
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in skillet on high. Rub Cajun spices on fillets. Skin down cook 3-4 mins for the skin to be crispy, flip filet and cook another 1 minute or so. Then, toss iron skillet with fillets into the oven to finish cooking - approx 4-5 mins at 400 degrees.
You have a quick and healthy meal in no time! Plus, you have enough Cajun spices ready for a couple of meals (you can use it on chicken, beef, veggies or other seafood). 🤩 #skaterfriendlymeals #kwancancook
