Ready for an easy & healthy snack post-Turkey day? Try this simple recipe using my new air fryer 💁🏻‍♀️

Ingredients:
1 pound of carrots (thinly slice or use a mandolin)
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 Tsp garlic powder
1/4 Tsp salt
1/8 Tsp pepper
Shredded parmesan to garnish

Directions:
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F
Peel and slice carrots about 1/4 inch thick. Pat the carrot chips dry with paper towels. Add the carrot chips to a large bowl coat with olive oil and then add garlic powder, salt, pepper to the bowl. Toss the carrots until evenly coated.
Place the seasoned carrot chips in the air fryer basket - try not to overcrowd so it cooks evenly. Air fry the carrot chips at 375°F for 10-13 minutes. Shake them in the basket halfway through. Once it’s cooked to your liking (I like them crispy and very brown:) remove them from the air fryer. Garnish with parmesan cheese and enjoy.
