WHY the torture ❄️🥶😂 😆I really like this sort of cringe worthy stuff most of the time!!! Torture for a reason haha train the mind, boosts mental focus, aids in recovery from heavy workouts, trains the vagus nerve, lowers inflammation, aids sleep, hormone boosts, reduces depression- stress and anxiety, and for me personally I’m overcoming my fear of cold water, and so much more!
