A handful of years ago I found myself without any of these vital ingredients for happiness and life was pretty tough - I literally only lived to serve and please others with no time or opinion of my own. Now I’m incredibly thankful to recognise that all of these things fill my days (even the odd spot of English sunshine mixed in between 3-4 holidays abroad every year) and I have never been happier. Happiness and a good life doesn’t revolve around the amount of money you earn and flash things that you buy (although that’s certainly a perk of hard work) but it’s about the joy you take and memories you make whilst you live your everyday life.
