🏁STARTING POSITION:
✅Approach Power Rack & Hold Barbell firmly in hand, stand upright facing power rack.
✅Start at shoulder height, use lower body to push from the ground up in beginning.
✅Make sure palms of your hands are facing forward.

🏴EXECUTION OF EXERCISE:
✅Exhale while pushing barbell upward.
✅Pause and contract at the top for a brief second.
✅Slowly lower Barbell back to starting position.
✅Repeat
