When I skip my daily movement, I can feel a drop in my mood and mental space. Exercising releases not only releases endorphins, but also dopamine, serotonin, and norepinephrine, all important neurotransmitters for improving and regulating your mood.
Besides all of the physical and cardiovascular benefits, movement is quite literally therapy.
That’s why daily movement is a core principle on JUMP. We move daily because we evolved to do so! It’s how we feel our optimal. If it sounds like an unrealistic commitment, humor me.
All I’m asking you to do is prioritize 30 minutes of YOU movement time for your body and mind every day.

When you set aside time for you, you can give more and perform at higher levels in every other area in your life.
