Here is a little bts from the bikini shoot we did yesterday. 💙 It feels good to work towards your goals and reach them. I’m glad I never gave up and I made the time to work out. It’s not easy but it is worth it.

Going into winter is going to take more discipline. I’m the person that gets results then slowly justifies a whole day of cheating or a week of not working out. When I do that my results are short lived because I’ll slowly let the weight creep up without realizing it.

Every time you allow yourself to backslide it gets harder to get the weight off. You end up having to go harder in the gym and you have to start the process all over. To avoid this I’ll have an accountability partner and I’ll be incorporating some visual tools to keep myself on track.
