クリスティン・ポープさんのインスタグラム写真 - (クリスティン・ポープInstagram)「Who all is going to be in Daytona this weekend for one of the largest weightlifting meets in USAW history!?!? 🏖 My VMO/Adductor injury report went from questionable to out this past week; I am letting it heal up instead of competing since nothing is riding on this meet and it isn’t worth pushing a minor injury into a major one by maxing out right now. I won’t be lifting - BUT I am SO EXCITED to coach at a big meet for the first time. I am actually looking forward to being a part of a competition without the stress of my own lifting, cutting weight etc and to just focus on my @barbellsandbows lifters and helping them through their first big event! 🎉 Here are two times you can find me to chat, take selfies, have arm wrestling competitions, whatever haha... Friday at 7:30pm at the Training Hall after my workout or Saturday at 12pm at the competition venue - both @ the Ocean Center.
