We were there 10 minutes before its open hours but there were already ten parties ahead of us lol. I got the original nagoya mazesoba which comes with noodles, minced pork, green onions, chives, seaweed, and an egg yolk (or poached egg). Once mixed together, the entire bowl was coated with a strong creamy flavor. If you want a more refreshing taste, add some vinegar and mix it well! Ask for a free bowl of rice and mix it with your leftover toppings and sauce!
