I started out (blue bikini) tracking and training more aggressively 5x per week with no cardio calories at 1,750 calories. Last week I stepped it up to double day cardio 5x per week and around 1,200 calories.

Trust me when I say it sucks to diet and most days I don’t have the energy to go to the gym and do my cardio but I GO ANYWAYS. I GET IT DONE. -

I am possibly dieting for another show but not 100% sure I’m like 99% lol. Between these two pictures I have lost 2 pounds but have def gained more muscle. -

If you notice in the second picture my glutes are a lot “tighter” but it’s funny cause my measurements actually went up 1 inch on my glutes and I lost 1 inch on my waistline!🙌🏼

You’re 11 weeks out, so just under 3 months. I feel your calories should be cut gradually, even at 11 weeks out. To cut to 1200 and all that cardio, means the next 10 weeks are gonna be fucked. How low will you have to go in these next 10 weeks then? And how much cardio? I’m just curious why you made this drastic cut, still almost 3 months out??? I didn’t get down to 1200 calories until I was 2 weeks out (which I had to do some major work due to my body type). @jessicaarevalo_ I love your content and you! However, I just am curious is all. And with people who are ignorant or not educated in regards to fitness - maybe keeping your stats to yourself may be better. I know you aren’t in control of others, but I never share my macros and I have noticed other huge influencers don’t either, because they know people can do the copycat affect - which is harmful.

I don’t understand why people feel the need to give their opinion on what she should or shouldn’t be doing. This is her journey yo! Lol she’s a pro. She knows what she’s doing. She’s just sharing it. It’s obviously working for her AND it’s for a short period AND she literally said she’s dieting, possibly for another show. Which means it’s even more intense! She’s not telling the world to go out and do this exact same thing. This just happens to be what she’s doing, jeebus 🙄. Regardless, it’s her journey! Anyway, looking great @jessicaarevalo_ !! I love both pics! But can definitely see the definition starting to show on the second pic! 😍♥️

You look great in both because you are you girly but the one on the right you are definitely leaner! I love following you and you continue to be such an inspiration to me especially being a more curvacious woman working on her fitness. Photos are truly key in the process especially when building because the scale and measurements can be a major mind fuck for us women so seeing photos is the best way. Thank you for always being positive and sharing with us your journey the ups and the downs and in between. Keep up the great work and I am rooting for you every day girl! Next show, #1 Team Arevalo ❤

All the people commenting about how terrible 1200 calories per day is... not really? It depends on your height and your own body. I’m 5’0” and my daily caloric intake to maintain is around 1400 calories and my cutting intake is 1200 calories. I’ve never had any issues doing cardio 2x per day or cardio and weights in a day. I actually feel sustained and not hungry. Staying hydrated is also key. Y’all do understand it depends on height and weight right? Obviously a woman that’s 5’8” and 160 is going to need to eat more.

It’s not a transformation it’s a progress pic. Those changes are minimal and steady. If you are planning on competing soon... I get all the jazz.
If not.. well that’s quite intense regiment lol xxx

You look good. I like the one in brown bathing suit. HATERS dont listen to them they dont realize your ht and wt. This works for you of course if your 5'11 and wt is 200lbs your calories are going to be different for that person. Lol learn people. Stop hating
