The goal is to lose 1 pound per week this is my 2 week update pictures. I got up to 123 pounds but started my cut at 121.8 pounds and after 2 weeks my lowest weight has been 118.8 pounds. -

Stepping on the scale everyday can be stressful but I remind myself that as a woman fluctuations are going to happen and they are completely normal. Our weight fluctuates more often due to our monthly cycle, bloating, sodium, hydration and the time I finish eat and when I weigh in. I weigh in every morning after I use the bathroom so I can average the 7 weigh ins each week and compare progress week to week. This is also what I have my clients do that way you don’t have to stress over one single weigh in each week.

You should check us out at @sonofatstats we use ultrasound to measure body fat, fuck the scale. Jess, I’ve been following for a while and although I personally do not know you I feel like it takes a deep mental and emotional toll when you compete and I feel like at the end you aren’t happy. I love how you’re really enjoying life right now. You are an inspiration either way, do what will be best for you in the long run! Keep thriving 💕💕💕

@jessicaarevalo_ So you will not be considered an IFBB pro bikini competitor anymore?not only have you not competed on a IFBB pro stage in years. You also won’t be competing against that industry. National Physique Committee. What type of physique are you going for now and from when you used to be an IFBB Bikini competitor?

Are you still doing coaching? I understand you’re focusing on yourself at the moment but haven’t seen a post about that in a while - but you’re super inspirational. I’ve been wanting to exercise discipline and reach health goals but there’s SO MUCH information out there that it gets confusing and overwhelming.

Depends which one...don’t go to INBA, they don’t want people with your skills and body type to win. They only want people who aren’t at the NPC amateur level to win to allow revenue to come in. Basically they let people who lose 50lbs win first place is what I’m getting at, who shouldn’t be on stage.

I”ve been in both sides! Yes, drugs take us to another lever of definition and go heavy every day but... i never felt confortable using it... so, i’m happier on the natural side... i even prefer the natural physique...go natural!!!!
