I train my abs 3-4 times a week to keep them tight and I watch my diet to keep my stomach flat 😉.

✅Here is great circuit for you consists from 4 exercises. Swipe the video to the left.

Perform 20 reps of each exercise, rest for 60 sec and repeat the circuit again.
I suggest to do 4-5 rounds for the best results. ⠀
Before workout I usually have 1-2 scoops of amino energy @optimumnutrition , but during the summer time I indulge myself with 1 full cane of Amino Energy RTD, it’s so refreshing and tasty, also great source of energy 👌.
