Really channelling my #CrazyCatLady vibes tonight 🥰. Liam’s working late and really struggling with some weird car sickness from earlier so we’ve put on jammies, all climbed into my bed and we’re watching @mrsemilynorris vlogs/playing with the @Instagram filters 👌🏻

fromfussytofoodie @louisepentland yes and I think ww does build good communities for a lot of people and can be helpful. But the whole premise of it is to keep forcing you to go back (paying!!) because they don’t give you enough freedom to actually make sustainable changes to your health habits without them (ie. without their money!) I want to clarify that although I said I have never agreed with your ww partnership, I think you have a right to do whatever you wish and you aren’t promoting it for bad reasons (focusing on healthy changes rather than weight loss, which I LOVE) but I think a line needs to be drawn when children are targeted. Thank you x

louisepentland @fromfussytofoodie I absolutely will. I did NOT know about this happening. I will say, I am in a legal contract that lasts until the end of the year. I have really enjoyed working with them and have met lovely people. I am obviously very concerned about this new app and will look closely into the whole situation xxxxxxxx

tanilovesyou I suffer from really bad car sickness! Some things I do to prevent it is not eating anything heavy before travelling, making sure the car is well ventilated, drinking lots of water and a good one is cutting up lemons and putting them in a paper bag and "breathing in" the lemon air.

veritable_v I went to an incredible masseuse and he said the migraines I had was from the tension I had in my upset back was pulling down on my neck and therefore head muscles. Had a few sessions and do daily stretching and not had any migraines for the past few weeks

charellenxo @fromfussytofoodie @louisepentland I have just read it and it's making my skin crawl. However, having watched Louise's blogs for a veeeeery long time I know that she wouldn't (or certainly strongly hope!) that she wouldn't condone this?! Xx
