Form is key! It’s important to pay attention and focus on what your body is doing when you are performing exercises. I believe mixing up your workouts and exercises keeps you focusing so you can build a stronger connection with your mind and muscles!
1. Modify by splitting up each movement. A j curl and a static squat with a static hole.
2. Make sure you are hinging at your hips. Stay in the heel of your front foot.
3. Squeeze your glutes at the top. You are not pushing through your ankles.
4. Push your hips back. Stay in your heels and keep your chest up
