joyfulg28 @inagarten This is truly the absolute best!!! I’ve been making it for years now. It is fool-proof, delicious and always, always a crowd pleaser. To be honest, the thing I love most about ALL of your recipes (and I own every cookbook) is the fact that you actually test them and they work. Aside from my epic orange marmalade disaster of 2010, there hasn’t been a single recipe I’ve tried that wasn’t a winner. Thank you for all the years of cooking magic and inspiration!

beachgirlbakes I made my own version of this a few months ago— I’m not a coffee person, but thought up a CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE & TOFFEE ICE BOX CAKE WITH VANILLA MASCARPONE layers— turned out irresistible!! It was very difficult to stop eating! @tatesbakeshop Chocolate Chip Cookies were perfect for layering! I also came up with a pumpkin version using Tate’s Ginger Zinger Cookies! So many fun ideas for ice box cakes! Thank you @inagarten for your inspiration!💙💙💙

laurenspadt27 This is SO GOOD!! My mom actually makes this recipe in other flavors (using your original but adding different spices to the cream and using different flavors of cookie) like gingerbread and salted caramel! So yummy!
