arsinoe_1886 I NEVER RECIEVED MY JULY BAG OR THE REPLACEMENT BAG THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO SEND! I get no responses to the emails I send them & there is NO customer service number for me to call and speak to someone. BAD BUSSINESS! Someone from ipsy asked me for the case # on Instagram, so I gave it to them & I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING. Everytime I check my email they keep sending me adds. You can send me advertisements but you can't give me back my money or tell me where my items are?! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR MONEY! Now I have to call my Bank & the Better Bussiness Bureau to see if I can get my money back. Never doing bussiness with them again!

nicholeduminie I emailed today about a double charge and they said I had a second account, well the canceled my second account. (Because I never created a second account) Now it looks like I won’t be receiving my August bag because there is no dates on my profile or spoilers. 😓 I messaged back but never got a response.
