This happened at Amazon's 201 Beacham St, Everett. I have no bad feeling for them, just remind them to be more aware and have a better disposition to help their work team, why is it a leader without a team?

Good day, I made an order in my account last week Sunday(iphone6s, iphone6s plus and iphone7), so i could sell it here. The order first showed with the delivery date. Later on, the order disappeared and showed me i didn't make an order. My money was red funded back, i made another order but it was not deducted. Now, i check in again today and i couldn't see anything in my balance anymore. I want to confirm what's wrong and when my order will be delivered. I chatted with your customer care, i was assured there will be solution to this, but i haven't heard from them and I'm not permitted to chat with the customer care anymore. I'm sending this mail to help me find solution to this. I was asked to provide my billing address, i sent it to the representative and no solution yet. I trusted your app and service that's why i ordered there but didn't know this would came up. I bought amazon cards to order my items and it cost me lots of money before i did that. I'm waiting for your swift action cause i wasted lot of money on the card and it cost me a lot for that and stress. Please i need you help out to refund me back or deliver my items. i've placed an order on 30th july for one plus 7t, as a prime customer my delievry date was 31st july but they delieverd me my product on 1st august at 4.18 pm , when i opened the box the product was missing from the box when i raised a complaint at amazon customer care service, they asked me to wait for 5 working days our investigation eill look into your matter and you will get rhe right product on 10th august they were said to me, but when i called back on 8th august they were said, it was not their fault by their end the product was delieverd genuinely , and they refused to give my money and my product back worth rupees 33000 INR , it's a fraud amazon delievered me a wrong product instead of mobile phone , they delievered me a broken fry pan ,please help me to get my product back evryone. 33000 Rupees it's such a big ammount , how can anyone is so irresponsible..? It's a amazon's fault,they were cheated me i have all the proof's with pictures,videos 🙏🙏🙏🙏 plz help me

It is incredible how Amazon is allowing a fraudulent seller on their on their site. Seller: Baellar has continuously been deceiving customers by posting fake shipment dates to generate sales. Then the seller doesn’t even ship the item ever out!!! I’ve read this sellers reviews and their is a ton of customers that are complaining about the same issue. Yet, Baellar continues to be allowed to sell on Amazon. I myself have opened a case on how I was deceived, but again Amazon has done nothing. This seller even generates fake reviews all left by the same person. Which is a violation on Amazon and yet Amazon still does nothing. How many hundreds of customers need to be defrauded until Amazon stops this seller!!! My account has been locked or on hold for well over 48 hours LOCKED 2ND TIME THIS WEEK they said they will get back to me within 24 hours it has been well over 48 they have been nothing but no help they said they will write a report i have called u guys numerous amounts of times about my account being on hold for well over 48 hours and nothing but we will reply within 24 hours i look in my email no freaking reply this is just unacceptable i have been trying to get a gift for my friend for the past 5 days and i pretty much made my friend upset because i didnt get her a gift can you guys do something give me my gift cards that i redeemed back or something this isnt right im not able to spend the gift cards i had gotten and give a gift for someone respond to tbis amazon do something about holding my account it got unlocked for 1 hour then i try to order something then it got locked unacceptable

@amazon I have provided you with all the information needed to just take a look at seller Baellar. I have also open a case and provided all information to Amazon customer service and nothing has been done. I’m convinced at this point that Amazon will continue to allow this seller to deceive customers. Seller today just posted 9 more fake seller reviews to hide all the negative reviews he received yesterday. How do I know they’re fake feedbacks? They’re all posted by the same buyer for an item that he doesn’t even sell!!
